So we’ve found ourselves thinking: “What kind of grand experience is on a gamer’s bucket list?” And the answer was quick and simple – visiting gamescom, virtually the biggest offline event of the whole gaming industry!
Demos of the upcoming titles, publisher booths full of insights and secrets, your favorite content creators and amazing cosplayers, – and don’t even get us started on the coolest gaming merch ever – all of this and more awaits the keenest of gamers every year in Cologne!
And so we decided to jump in and help one of you to get this once-in-a-lifetime experience this year at gamescom 2024!
We are announcing the start of the Boosteroid Spotlight Challenge – a contest for Boosteroid users where we encourage you to share unforgettable moments from your favorite games on cloud and we will give away the most unforgettable experience for every gamer on Earth!
The rules are really simple:
Step 1. RECORD SPOTLIGHT
Use our Clip Recording feature to record moments from your favorite games you feel deserve the #boosteroid_spotlight. Epic, happy, sad or weird – we want to see it all!
Step 2. POST SPOTLIGHT
Post them on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter/X with #boosteroid_spotlight hashtag and tag us in the post so we know to pay your profile a visit 😉

We will collect your videos in Spotlight Reels on our YouTube channel featuring all the creators to help your epic moments shine even brighter!
On July 31 we will randomly choose 3 winners among all the participants who will get a chance to win:
1st Place – a weekend at GAMESCOM 2024*
2nd Place – 6 months of ULTRA
3rd Place – 1 year of STANDARD
*The prize includes tickets to GAMESCOM 2024 for August 24-25 2024 and a night in a 4-star hotel next to the venue. Travel expenses are not covered.
