Boosteroid Expands Cloud Gaming Infrastructure in the Czech Republic in a CRA Data Center

Boosteroid, the world’s largest independent cloud gaming provider, is expanding its European infrastructure by launching new servers in the Czech Republic, selecting České Radiokomunikace (CRA), a leading Czech digital infrastructure provider, as its trusted colocation partner.

With tens of thousands of Boosteroid users in the Czech Republic, local servers will significantly enhance performance, reduce latency, and increase overall capacity. Until now, Czech players have been accessing Boosteroid through data centers in neighboring countries. This expansion will bring a higher-quality gaming experience, lower latency, and improved stability, reinforcing Boosteroid’s commitment to delivering premium cloud gaming.

Expanding Infrastructure Across the Czech Republic

Boosteroid’s collaboration with CRA will go beyond a single deployment. The company plans to scale its infrastructure within CRA’s data center network, starting in Prague and extending to other cities across the country in the future. This strategic growth will ensure even more Czech players gain seamless access to high-performance cloud gaming without reliance on expensive local hardware.

To power this expansion, Boosteroid will deploy cutting-edge AMD EPYC™ processors and Radeon™ RX 7900 XT GPUs, ensuring smooth gameplay, even in 4K resolution at up to 120 FPS. With Boosteroid, players can enjoy AAA games on virtually any device, including smart TVs, tablets, smartphones, and even cars equipped with infotainment systems.

The Czech Republic is one of Boosteroid’s most important markets, surpassing countries like Spain in terms of user base. The country’s strong gaming community and demand for accessible, high-quality cloud gaming make it a key focus for expansion.

“The Czech Republic is one of our most important markets in Europe. As we continue long-term infrastructure investments in the region, we are happy to deploy local servers in the CRA data center in Prague, making sure Czech gamers receive the top-level cloud gaming experience they truly deserve.”

Antonina Batova, Boosteroid’s Senior VP Infrastructure.

“We are excited to collaborate with Boosteroid to bring cloud gaming to the next level in the Czech Republic. Our data centers provide the high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure needed to support the demands of a growing gaming community.”

Petr Možiš, Commercial Chief Officer in České Radiokomunikace

This expansion into the Czech Republic is part of Boosteroid’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence across Central and Eastern Europe. With new data center deployments planned in multiple regions throughout 2025 and 2026, Boosteroid continues to scale its service to meet increasing demand.
